Privacy

What we hold

• Your name and email address, from Google when you sign in. We ask Google only for your name, email address and basic profile. We cannot read your mail, your files or your contacts, and we do not ask to.
• What you tell the platform: the criteria you set, the properties you show interest in, messages you send us, and the terms of any offer you prepare.
• Documents you upload, such as proof of funds, and the agreements you sign here.
• Ordinary security records of signing in — the time, and the address the request came from.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to target advertising anywhere. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Who sees it

Your information is visible to the licensed agents and staff of Proper Management LLC. Other clients cannot see it. When you instruct us to submit an offer, the contract and the documents you chose to attach go to the listing agent — that is the point of making one, and nothing goes to them until a broker has reviewed it and sent it.

The analysis we run for you is never shown to a seller or a listing agent.

Property information

Listing information comes from Dayton REALTORS and is shown to invited clients under our subscription. County property, tax and sales records are public records. Estimates we produce — rent, taxes, repair costs, value after repair — are our own work and are estimates, not appraisals.

Where it is kept, and for how long

On Google Cloud servers in the United States. Signed agreements and transaction records are kept as long as Ohio real estate law requires a brokerage to keep them, which is currently three years. Other information is kept while you have an account with us.

Asking us about your information

Email ryan@daytonproper.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or close your account. Records we are required to retain as a brokerage will be kept for that period even after an account is closed.
